The Religious Education Conference at the end of July was a great success. Let's make sure the inspiration and enthusiam generated there carries us through the second half of the year. Women in the Bible is a comprehensive and fascinating introduction to 23 biblical women, many of whose stories are often overlooked. Each one is presented in some detail and there are suggestions for dicussion or activities which will help your students better understand both the individual women and their significance.

Radio National recently presented a program on Religion and Ethnicity which has some interesting things to say about religious practice and affiliation in Australia.
